One of our most popular commercial real estate financing programs is our conventional loans, which can range from $75,000 to $100 million with rates as low as 3.75%. We consider many different properties for this program, including industrial, office, and retail properties.

Additionally, we offer Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) loans. These securities are backed by mortgages on commercial properties. The securities are pooled and transferred to a trust, which then sells bonds to investors. CMBS loans are generally offered by larger investment banks; we have solid partnerships which we can leverage to help you get the funding you need.
Hard Money and Bridge Loans
We also use our partnerships with other firms to provide bridge and hard money loans. This program can help you get the cash you need quickly, with a closing time between 5 and 30 days. This program uses real estate, especially undeveloped land, as collateral for a loan up to $100,000,000.

If you’re seeking equity or mezzanine financing, we can help you secure the capital you need. Our tailored programs can provide loans between $5 and $100 million; we represent various high net worth capital sources to fund the deal.
Construction and Development
We can help with construction financing for real estate. Loan amounts can range from $10 to $100 million, although sponsors of the deal should be experienced with project equity. We can structure construction to permanent financing as well, depending on the needs of the project.
